Rates, Riders, and Supplemental Schedules
Rates Effective July 1, 2019
Residential Rates
This schedule is applicable to single-phase residential service for single-family dwellings and multi-family
dwellings separately metered by Alameda Municipal Power.
D-2 Multi-family Residential Service
This schedule is applicable to residential service supplied to multi-family accommodations through one master
meter on a single premise. This schedule is closed to new installations.
Commercial Rates
This schedule applies to all commercial accounts that use less than 500 kW per month for any six out of the last 12 consecutive months.
This schedule is applicable to non-residential customers with single-phase or polyphase alternating current service, or to a combination thereof, whose monthly usage during any six months out of the last 12 consecutive months equals or exceeds 8,000 kWh and whose monthly demand is less than 500 kW.
This schedule is applicable to non-residential customers with polyphase alternating current service whose monthly demand is equal to or exceeds 500 kW, but is less than 4,000 kW, for any six months out of the last 12 consecutive months.
This schedule is applicable to non-residential customers with polyphase alternating current service whose monthly demand is equal to or exceeds 4,000 kW for any six months out of the last 12 consecutive months. Service must be taken at 12 kilovolt (kV) primary voltage, the same voltage as the distribution system from which service is supplied.
This schedule is applicable to lighting provided to private streets, private parking lots and publicly dedicated areas or paths located on private property.
This schedule is applicable to 115 kV service to the Northern California Power Agency (NCPA) Combustion
Turbine Installation pursuant to agreement between Alameda Municipal Power (AMP) and NCPA.
